Benefits and effects

Melatonin is a hormone produced in the pineal gland which is responsible for regulating the body’s biological clock. Melatonin can be used to regulate sleep: the release of melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, to reduce the subjective feeling of time zone differences (a positive effect is seen by taking at least 0.5 mg before going to bed on the first day and a few days after the arrival), to sleep deeper.

Directions for use

Shake and prime the pump 2-3 times before first use, replace cap afterwards. Rinse noozle when congested. Spray under the tongue or inside the cheek.

Recommended dose

Adults: take one spray close to bedtime. To reduce jet lag use on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination. One spray provides 1 mg of melatonin.
