Direction for use

Shake and prime the pump 2-3 times before first use, replace cap afterwards. Rinse noozle when congested. Spray under the tongue or inside the cheek.

Recommended dose

Adults: 4 sprays two times a day. Providing 25 mg (250%*) of zinc, 10,8 mg of (180%*) of vitamin B5, 200 mg (**) of elderberry extract.
